The Buying Process:

1) Choose a stylish floor plan from the Sunland Pavilions collection.
2) Choose the location for the home within the development (aspects vary)
3) Sign an expression of interest document, placing the property on hold for your purchase.
4) Pay an initial $2,500 holding deposit via credit card, and/or pay by money transfer.
5) Sunland will provide a contract for signing, which will include:
A finance period and payment timeframe for the balance of 10% deposit.6) No progress payment during the construction process are required.
7) Settlement to be approximately 26 weeks from contract date.

Body Corporate Fees:
A weekly levy of $55 per week is to be charged, this fee covers the maintenance of common areas including the Pavilions Pool & BBQ area and activity room. The fee also give residents access to the newly constructed Recreation Club located in the adjoining Ridges development which includes three swimming pools, fully equipped gymnasium, tennis courts, BBQ areas, family / community room, high quality shower and bathroom facilities at the complex. The body corporate will also provide seven day security monitoring.
