9 Wyuna Drive Noosaville

Tightly held in the same family for the past 30 years, this incredible waterfront home is perfectly situated within walking distance of both Noosa's Main Beach and the Noosa River bustling restaurant scene, yet located in one of Noosa's quietest streets, Wyuna Drive.
Set on a large 629m2 block, the property offers the new owner space and options to either renovate or completely redesign to the home of their dreams. With the highly desired North-western aspect, and a blank canvas to build a jetty perfectly fitting to your desired boating choice (subject to council approval) and with instant deep-water access, 9 Wyuna Drive ticks a lot of boxes.
The current one-level dwelling is well laid out with the light-filled dining and living spaces featuring vaulted ceilings and glass sliding doors looking out over the pool and river. The master bedroom is perfectly positioned to soak in the light and river views desired by so many, with 4 more generous sized bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms completing the home.
9 Wyuna Drive has been the perfect holiday home for the current family and has been well loved and adored for over 30 years. This home now offers incredible potential for a dream home in an absolute dream location.
